The other night, I decided to try this
lemon chicken recipe that I found on Pinterest. It was super easy and the results were aaaaaaaaamazing! The chicken was super moist and the flavor of the lemon made this dish quite refreshing. We let our chicken marinate over night and were very pleased with how the dish turned out. Please excuse my lack of detail with the plating...it was getting late and we were just ready to eat! We served ours with roasted red potatoes and a medley of veggies. This will definitely be made in our house again very soon!
