A Must Try Recipe

This post is going to be short and sweet.  I wanted to rave about this fabulous dinner Dave made last night from Skinny Taste.  He made chicken rollatini stuffed with zucchini and mozzarella.  It was out of this world!  The meal was moist, flavorful and overall D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S!!  I highly recommend you give this recipe a try - I promise you will not be disappointed.  It was such a wonderful meal to come home to after a long day at the office!
